About The Role
You'll be responsible for co-ordinating the maintenance and repair of buildings and services, plant machinery and equipment at a key client site.
You will be working Monday to Friday, on a casual basis.
Duties:
- Site Assistant cover across 3x schools.
- Casual position to cover sickness, holidays & vacancies.
- Working as part of the site Maintenance team will need to provide efficient and effective support to the building.
- The Site Maintenance Assistant will work in conjunction with the Site Manager and as instructed, ensure a safe working environment by complying with H&S regulations in both their approach.
- First line maintenance of fixtures and fittings.
- Setting up and clearing away furniture.
- Painting and Decorating.
- The un-blocking sinks, toilets, traps and waste pipes.
- Any other reasonable duties within the overall function of the job as requested by your Line Manager.
To succeed in this role you will need:
- Experience in a similar role role
- Knowledge of plumbing desirable
- Strong technical skills
