Dispatch Coordinator
Location: Wembley HA9

Kerry Collins are working with a well established client who are looking for dispatch coordinators to optimise the working day of a Field Engineers to achieve the daily delivery of customer service in line with the agreed SLA's and by maximising the efficiency of the service delivery, ensuring they are chieved safe, efficent and customer focuced matter.

In your role you will be responsible for:
- Support the field teams achieving installations in line with the SLA's through effective planning & scheduling
- Ensure compliance to standards and process through regular debrief processes with field service engineers
- Organise engineer's activities to ensure the assignment, issue and ongoing monitoring of work occurs as efficiently as possible.
- Maintain contact with engineers throughout the day, ensuring any failed installs are accounted for.
- To ensure the accurate completion of all documentation required to report field service performance.
- Ensure all jobs are accounted for and closed by the end of the day
- Promote H&S standards ensuring compliance with statutory and company requirements.
You will have the following qualifications and be able to prove experience and competence:
- Strong communication skills, both written & oral
- Strong IT skills - Knowledge of Microsoft packages would be advantageous
- Good organisation and time management skills.
- Flexible with working hours (Shift Patterns, 8hrs worked between 7am-9pm)
- Experience working in a similar role would be advantageous
