**Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective phonics lessons to young learners, fostering a love for reading and writing.
- Assess students' progress and adapt teaching methods to meet their individual needs.
- Work closely with colleagues to develop and implement a high-quality phonics curriculum.
- Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers to provide updates on student progress.
**About You:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching phonics, with a thorough understanding of the Phonics Screening Check.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- A passion for teaching and a commitment to helping every child achieve their potential.
