: Customer Service Advisor (Temporary Contract)

Location

: Edinburgh City Centre

Hours

: Monday - Friday, 36 hours per week between 0830 - 1700

Pay Rate

: £12.81 per hour

Number of posts Available

: 4

Key Dates:

Start Date: Monday, 15th July

End Date: Friday, 4th October

(Candidates must commit to the full duration of the contract.)

Responsibilities:

  • Handling incoming calls from customers regarding Garden Waste
  • Assisting with applications and answering queries
  • Providing support and guidance
  • Responding to emails
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Performing other tasks as required
