Proactive Personnel are currently recruiting for a Fleet Administrator for a large construction company based in Tyldesley. The Fleet Administrator position is full time and permanent that is working 08:00-18:00 Monday to Friday with 1 hour lunch, possible hybrid working 2 days from home.
The company employ over 1000 people with projects across Ireland, the UK and also Canada. The purpose of the Fleet administrator role is to monitor all company vehicle usage, servicing and compliance. Please note this role will require you to work at 2 different sites, Astley and Ellesmere Port so driving licence essential, mileage will be paid for travel.
Duties:
Managing company vehicles (Circa 70) across the UK which involves:
- Tracking mileage on vehicles for mileage allowance
- Organising/planning the services of vehicles at preferred garages across the UK
- Dealing with accidents and logging claims
- Filing/scanning/data entry
- Keeping spreadsheets and CRM updated
This role requires someone with great administrative experience and able to use excel to a high standard.
Knowledge of fleet admin/compliance is highly desirable.
Benefits:
- Base Location: Astley Manchester M29 and Ellesmere Port CH65 visits will be required as workload dictates, possibly 2 days per week and Hybrid eventually.
- Note that Hybrid working is not promised or offered from the outset of the job to facilitate for integration into the team. Any future hybrid working will be agreed with line-manager.
- Salary: £30k - 34k pa depending on experience.
- Start date: Flexible depending on candidate notice period.
- Hours: 08:00 - 18:00 (Mon - Friday) with 1 hour lunch per day.
- Pension after 3 months (company matched 3%).
