Role and Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver creative and effective lessons that cater to the needs of all students.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the leadership team to enhance the educational experience for all pupils.
  • Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities.
  • Qualifications and Experience:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in teaching with a passion for creative instruction.
