Role: Scaffolding Quantity Surveyor
Location: South East Based
Salary: Up to £70,000 base salary + bonus, pension, phone, laptop & car.
Role - QS - Scaffolding:
My client is a market leading successful and expanding specialist scaffolding contractor. They are looking for an experienced Surveyor to compile applications for payment, reconcile accounts and be involved in monthly and final account meetings.
The role sometimes will entail visiting client site locations across the South and South East, formulating accurate applications for payment and building relationships with the client's commercial team.
The role reports directly into a Managing Director and you will work alongside an existing Surveyor.
Candidate - QS - Scaffolding:
You will need a minimum of 3 years' relevant surveying experience ideally from a scaffolding background, with scaffolding experience however, experienced surveying candidates from other Construction related backgrounds would be considered. The candidate must be able work in the office environment.
You will also be able to read and understand tender documents, specifications, drawings and contract conditions and terms.
