We are seeking a highly organised administration candidate to provide comprehensive secretarial support to our client's senior management team.

We're looking for an experienced and effective administrator, secretary/pa. The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills, be a good communicator and have the ability to think ahead and use their own initiative.

The role is Permanent, Full Time Mon - Fri 9am - 5.00pm Salary between £25k - £29k dependant on experience

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Collate reports, presentations, and papers for Management and Board Meetings.
  • Manage complex business and personal diaries, including travel planning, accommodation, visas, and travel documentation.
  • Assist in the implementation and support of bespoke events such as fundraising dinners, events, and visits.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing post.
  • Reconcile credit card and petty cash.
  • Manage filing systems effectively.
  • Order stationery and office supplies as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual platforms.
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to the role, including availability for some evenings and Bank Holidays.
  • Ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines, highly organised, efficient, and accurate, with multitasking abilities.
  • Public-facing skills for organised events.
  • Discretion in dealing with confidential or sensitive matters.
  • A clean UK driving licence.
