What are they looking for?
We have been retained to recruit a small number of Elite level consultants to work from home on a non-advice basis.
An Elite consultant you will benefit from an enhanced bonus scheme and can qualify for the Elite plus status where you can choose your own hours of work and will only be measured on your results in terms of performance and quality NOT working hours, dials or talk time.
Therefore, we are seeking people who view the opportunity akin to running their own business, setting high standards for themselves and aspiring to not only meet the companies targets but exceed them.
The criteria for be considered for this role is to be able to demonstrate 3 months successive new banking's of more than £20,000 pm. In addition, you must be able to prove green status across your quality indicators.
In addition, this performance must have been achieved within a similar outbound dialling of similar leads.
Salary Benefits
Starting salary is £27,000, this can be reviewed twice yearly depending on performance, existing top performing elite consultants are earning more than £50,000, Elite plus £60,000 + thanks to an uncapped bonus scheme.
