We are pleased to announce that we are working closely with a well-established and reputable client based in Kent, looking to recruit a CFO.
The business is a successful and financially strong organisation with the CFO providing critical input and strategic guidance, working closely with the CEO.
As an Executive member of the Board, you will lead in the development of a group wide financial strategy, playing a key part in the decision making, forward planning and operations of the business.
Alongside the Board member duties, this hands-on role, will also include leading and managing the finance team to create a high-performance environment by overseeing key accounting responsibilities such as:
- Financial Planning & Budgeting
- Cost Analysis
- Tax and Audit interactions
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations
- All round accounts department duties
This is an extremely exciting opportunity for an established CFO to take on a new challenge, or alternatively, an FD level candidate looking to accelerate their career.
The successful candidate will be ACCA, ACA or CIMA qualified, able to hit the ground running and have the ability to challenge the organisation where necessary to improve efficiency.
In addition to this unique opportunity, my client will be offering a competitive package including a car allowance and hybrid working, which will be down to your discretion.
