Job Title: Accounts Payable Assistant

About the Company:
A Global Media Agency based in the heart of London are currently seeking a diligent and enthusiastic Accounts Payable Assistant to join their finance team and contribute to the ongoing success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage incoming invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Assist in the preparation of payment runs, ensuring timely and accurate payments to suppliers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts payable transactions.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external suppliers to resolve invoicing issues.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Assist with ad-hoc finance tasks and projects as required.
The person: Accouns Payable Assistant
- Previous experience in an accounts payable or similar finance role.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with accounting software is desirable but not essential.
- MediaOcean experience is also desirable
