We are seeking a passionate
Compliance Manager
who is focused on building a culture of compliance within a regulated environment. As the Compliance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in upholding our clients commitment to compliance and work with various parties to achieve the desired results with support of a team who are experts in what they do.
As Compliance Manager you will:
- Lead and shape the compliance strategy to ensure adherence to regulations and sector standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain compliance procedures.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive compliance training and awareness programmes.
- Have overall responsibility of the departments data management service.
- Submit required data to all required stakeholders.
- Act as main point of contact for all regulatory bodies which will involve also attending industry related meetings.
- Line management of Team Leader.
Preferred Requirements:
- Proven experience in compliance management within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to adapt to changing regulatory landscapes and drive a culture of continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated ability to lead investigations and resolve compliance issues effectively and efficiently.
