We are working with a fantastic non-profit organisation in Rutland, in recruiting for part-time Executive Assistant to support the CEO and SMT.

This role is crucial for ensuring smooth operations within my client's organisation, which operated as a Charity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative duties, including minute taking, finance administration, and diary management.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Take accurate and detailed minutes during meetings.
  • Handle finance administration tasks in coordination with our outsourced finance function.
  • Conduct research and compile reports to support decision-making.
  • Manage diaries for senior executives, ensuring efficient scheduling of meetings and appointments.
  • Assist in updating policies and managing governance-related administration.
  • Organise small events and set up board meetings.
  • Engage in problem-solving activities to address any administrative challenges.
  • Learn about our property sites to better support the CEO and other executives, handling calls and some duties on behalf of the CEO.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role.
  • Strong minute-taking skills and experience in managing finance-related tasks.
  • Excellent organisational and diary management skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong research and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Interest in or experience with governance and policy management.
  • Capable of organising events and managing logistics for meetings.
