An exciting full-time opportunity to a join a Legal 500 firm with an established presence across Shropshire and Wales.
We are seeking an ambitious qualified solicitor, ideally with at 2 years PQE to join its team and assist its diverse Agricultural Property client base across both the UK and internationally. This role offers hybrid working (2-3 days from home), onsite parking, high-quality work and excellent career progression opportunities.

Main duties and responsibilities:
- Transactional property work, including refinancing and succession planning in the agricultural sector
- Client representation, drafting, and providing legal advice and guidance
- Working with clients to understand their specific legal needs and providing tailored solutions.
What we need from you:
- At least 2 years PQE.
- Skills: Previous experience handling a caseload of Agricultural Property cases.
- Passion for business development
- Proficiency: Excellent IT, client care, and communication skills
