Experienced Teaching Assistant Required for a Secondary School in Winchester

We're currently recruiting for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a highly regarded secondary school in Winchester. This is a temp-to-perm, full-time position, offering the opportunity to become a key part of a school with a strong reputation for academic excellence and student support.

Your duties may include:
- Supporting small groups of students in various subjects

The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience working with secondary-aged students or in a school setting
- A passion for education and helping students succeed
- Creative approaches to engaging students in their learning
- A Level 3 support staff qualification (desirable)

Salary:
- £85.23 - £95.02 per day
