What you'll do as Director of Growth Marketing:
- Overseeing all growth and marketing efforts, from driving user acquisition to boosting customer retention and lifetime value, ensuring these initiatives align with the company's overarching objectives.
- Creating and implementing a strategy tailored to different markets, utilising various channels such as paid social, paid search, email/influencer marketing, affiliates, and organic growth.
- Proactively seeking out new opportunities for growth and manage a prioritised backlog of initiatives, focusing on those with the greatest potential impact and alignment with business priorities.
- Leveraging data and analytics to make swift, informed strategic decisions and enhance performance.
- Overseeing the preparation of regular performance reports, analysing key performance indicators (KPIs), conversion rates, and other relevant metrics.
- Ensuring insights are clearly communicated to stakeholders and used to optimise campaigns, enhance customer targeting, and shape ongoing strategy for continuous profitability.
We're looking for a Director of Growth Marketing with:
- Experience in a leadership role with a strong track record of driving revenue and meeting targets across various markets and channels between £20m to $50m
- Deep understanding of digital marketing (SEM, social media, display, email) with experience leveraging digital channels to boost sales and brand visibility.
- Proficient in analysing sales data and market trends to generate insights that drive strategic decisions and optimise sales and marketing efforts.
- Skilled in managing budgets, forecasting, and optimising sales and spend to achieve the best ROI.
- Experience in consumer brand marketing, preferably in premium lifestyle or wellness sectors
