WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING AS COMMERCIAL ANALYST
New Business
- Assessment of capacity, demand and likely future trends to provide a recruitment plan.
- Assessment of relative profitability of enquiries taking account of likelihood of conversion and case value to implement a strategy of enquiry response and conversion targets.
- To provide assessment and analysis of relative profitability of enquiries to feed into marketing and business development plans.
- To work with Finance Manager to develop businesses cases and shape product decisions.
Performance management
- To develop and deliver models for assessing expected and actual delivery against ongoing case management KPI's for activities and revenues.
- To establish a process for regular internal feedback, intervention and action planning with the Clinical operations teams to ensure that ongoing cases are managed fully and actively to provide the best rehabilitation outcomes and deliver against billing activity targets.
- To develop and deliver a process for engagement clinical ops team and associate's in performance assessment alongside clinical assessment.
- To establish a process for identifying and feeding back business commercial performance into the enquiry response processes.
- To assess, analysis and develop actions plans to ensure that margins are improved in line with growth targets.
Product development.
- To research, analyse and make recommendations for enhancing the case management service.
- To research, analyse and make recommendations for commercial development of associated services and products.
- To lead internal project delivery of new product and service developments.
Skills and Experience to be Successful in this Role
- Highly numerate familiar with developing models to assess performance.
- Analytical skills, able to assess, assimilate and present information to support decision making.
- Delivery focused with a passion for results.
- Project management and delivery experience.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
