We are looking for a top level Conveyancer who has experience as a fee earner, you will be taking over a large case load from the head of conveyancing so you will need to be exceptional at what you do.
Conveyancer
Key responsibilities:
- Obtaining Client ID and source of wealth documents i.e. bank statements;
- Reviewing and analysis the documents and producing a report on their findings;
- Requesting further documents from clients where required;
- Working with our senior manager team to report back suspicious activity.
Key skills:
- Proven experience of compliance monitoring, including reporting.
- Attention to detail
- Highly organised, able to adapt quickly to strategic change and motivated to deliver to deadlines.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
