Office Administrator

I am currently recruiting for an industry leading manufacturing company, to join them as an office administrator, on a permanent basis!

If you have are a highly organised administrator who has the ability to multitask and use initiative, with a minimum of one year experience and looking to take your career to the nest level, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to our office and our project team.
  • Booking any required meetings for the senior management and managing boardroom bookings.
  • Assist by acting as a host to create excellent relationships.
  • General office management and organisation including administration for any company vehicles, logistics, supplies, catering, replenishing stationery, ensuring professionalism at all times
  • Ensuring submission deadlines for travel etc and provide a detailed itinerary
  • Liaising with external ensuring service levels are maintained.
  • Taking meeting minutes, updating schedules and collating reports.

Experience

  • Supporting senior management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organised, agile and open to flexible as no two days are the same.
  • Strong IT skills, competent in using Microsoft Suites
  • Project management experience would be an advantageous
