This role is ideal for recent accounting graduates or those with up to 2 years' experience in a month-end close environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Raising and managing purchase orders, progress chasing, and matching invoices
- Maintaining purchase order files, contract/utility records, and CAPEX register
- Managing supplier contracts: sourcing, negotiating, and tendering
- Assisting with budget preparation, office projects, and audit support
Ideal Candidate:
- University graduate with an accounting degree (preferred)
- 0-2 years of experience in purchasing or month-end close
- Strong organisational and communication skills
