Due to exceptional growth T&K Associates are currently recruiting on behalf of our Client in Cadeby for a number of Production staff to join their team on a Temporary to Permanent basis.

Production Operative Job Details & Benefits;
- £460 per week to start with the potential of rising to £632.40 per week when permanent which includes a weekly production bonus
- 8 hours shifts Monday to Friday starting between 4am-7am - Set shift
- Monday to Friday - Paid for 40 hours standard as your breaks are paid!
- Extra overtime opportunities available paid at 1.5 - Meaning further earnings!

Production Operative Job Details;
- Building moulds as per specification
- Using a variety of hand tools to undo the moulds
- Cleaning moulds using scrapers
- Mark out openings / holes on the mould using a protractor / tape measure as per the specification
- Selecting the correct reinforcing steel cage to be placed into the mould
- Welding & Operating the overhead Crane - full training is given
- Quality checking the product
- Working within a team to targets
- Maintaining a clean and tidy working environment
Production Operative Person Specification;
- Must be willing to learn how to read drawings
- Ability to use power tools
- Must be physically fit due to lifting and moving the product
- Happy to stand for the duration of your shift & complete repetitive duties
- Own transport required due to location and hours
