Job Title: Marketing Coordinator
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organised Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about marketing, possess strong communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, business environment.
You will play a key role in supporting various marketing initiatives and campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer engagement. You'll be joining a strong commercial team with bold targets and great growth opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and strategies.
- Coordinate and manage marketing projects from conception to completion.
- Collaborate with department heads, including Sales, QA, and Finance, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts.
- Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and digital content, in collaboration with our creative agency partners.
- Manage social media content and online presence alongside our partners.
- Conduct market research and analyse trends to identify opportunities for growth and product development.
- Assist in organising and attending marketing events, trade shows, and conferences.
- Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance, including key metrics in our key markets.
- Take the lead on ensuring artworks and marketing collateral are made available in line with business needs.
Who are we looking for?
You'll have:
- Degree or equivalent ideally in a business or marketing discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience within a marketing department or agency.
- A strong interest in Art and Graphics.
- Ability to organise shows and events.
- Experience in project management (beneficial).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Skills to build relationships with key parts of the business.
