Change Delivery Manager – SC Cleared – 6-month contract
A longstanding Government customer of ours has an open requirement for a security cleared Change Delivery Manager with extensive experience in end-to-end project delivery. The successful Senior Change manager must have experience motivating a team and internal resource to ensure deliverables and time frames are met
The Change Delivery Manager needs to have strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to drive change by aligning all functions, and groups within the organisation.
The successful Change Delivery Manager will have live SC Clearance (Security clearance) and be available to start a new role with 2-4 weeks' notice. To be suitable, you MUST be able to show hands-on experience with the below:
Key Responsibilities of the Change Delivery Manager
- Must have current SC Clearance or DV Clearance
- Extensive previous experience of end-to-end change management
- Ability to forecast planned v actual cost ensuring yearly budgets are met
- Develop and promote news ways of project management within the organization
- Ability to manage and mobilize internal teams to ensure the project remains on target
- Detailed planning incorporating all external dependencies
- Proactively monitoring the project's overall progress, ensuring all issues are identified and resolved
- Managing all aspects of RAID including the development of contingency plans
- Ensuring reporting obligations are managed within governance framework
- Liasing with internal delivery teams to ensure assigned work is complete within the agreed timeframes / requirments
- Stakeholder management including service providers or vendors associated with the project
