We are seeking a meticulous Billings Administrator to join our Accounting & Finance team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of the transport and distribution industry.

Description

  • Handle all aspects of billings and invoices within the Accounting & Finance Department
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure accurate and timely billing information
  • Assist with monthly and yearly financial reports
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws
  • Monitor customer account details for non-payment and delayed payments
  • Support the team with administrative tasks as required
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the department
  • Work closely with the team to meet departmental goals

Profile

A successful Billings Administrator should have:

  • Relevant education in Accounting & Finance or related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Knowledge of the Transport & Distribution industry
