Description
- Handle all aspects of billings and invoices within the Accounting & Finance Department
- Liaise with other departments to ensure accurate and timely billing information
- Assist with monthly and yearly financial reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws
- Monitor customer account details for non-payment and delayed payments
- Support the team with administrative tasks as required
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the department
- Work closely with the team to meet departmental goals
Profile
A successful Billings Administrator should have:
- Relevant education in Accounting & Finance or related field
- Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of the Transport & Distribution industry
