Lettings/Finance Administrator

Our client is a well-established estate agency that is looking for a motivated and conscientious Lettings/Finance Administrator to join their team in Godalming. The ideal Lettings/Finance Administrator be highly organised and work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with all property management email enquiries and relevant telephone calls.
  • Paying all contractor and office related invoices
  • Managing HMRC, VAT and Waverley Borough Council payments.
  • Liaising with the accountant to provide quarterly sales & lettings invoices and credit card statements.
  • Paying the lettings and sales teams monthly salaries.
  • Preparing and circulating monthly statements to the landlords.
  • Paying the daily rentals received across to the landlords.
  • Keeping track of rental arrears and liaising with both landlords and tenants as necessary.
  • Managing the Sales, Lettings and Client bank accounts, keeping track of the income and outgoings.
  • Updating and maintaining lettings and finance databases.
  • Raising Invoices.

Experience and Skills Requirements

  • Strong IT proficiency particularly Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent telephone manor
  • Good attention to detail
  • Effective communicator both orally and written
