Office Administrator

I am currently recruiting for an office administrator, to help support my client initially on a temporary contract however, the possibility of becoming permanent.

This role is held within a small team and the ideal candidate will be proactive, enthusiastic and keen to learn.

Day to day life as an Office Administrator -

  • Answering telephone calls and queries – directing calls to the relevant departments.
  • Maintaining filing and storage systems within the office.
  • Maintaining and monitoring office stock; ordering extra supplies when necessary.
  • General administrative tasks and supporting the team with projects when needed.

Requirements to work as an Office Administrator –

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Confident communication skills, both via email and over the phone.
  • Ability to work well independently as well as within a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Previous experience within an office administration role is desired however, not essential.

Extra information for the Office Administrator position –

  • Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:30
  • £12.48 per hour.
  • Potential to be kept on a permanent basis.
