The role and your responsibilities:

Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the healthcare sector, proactively seeking out potential clients and partnerships to expand OneCare Platform's market presence and revenue streams.

CRM Management: Maintain a CRM system to accurately record conversations and interactions with clients and prospects, ensuring all relevant information is documented.

Goal Achievement: Efficiently manage workload to meet and exceed set goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPls), driving sales growth and revenue generation.

Product Information: Provide comprehensive information about OneCare Platform's products and services to customers, addressing inquiries and educating them on features and benefits.

Needs Assessment: Engage with customers to understand their specific needs and requirements, effectively tailoring solutions to meet their individual preferences and objectives.

Industry Awareness: Stay updated on product developments and trends within the healthcare sector, ensuring a thorough understanding of market dynamics and competitive landscape.

Product Demonstrations: Schedule and coordinate product demonstrations between prospects and the sales demo team, showcasing the capabilities and functionalities of OneCare Platform's offerings

Data Management: Handle customer data with the utmost care and respect, adhering to company policies and industry regulations to maintain data privacy and security.

Customer Support: Provide timely and effective support to customers, addressing any complaints or concerns they may have and ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales process.

Brand Promotion: Act as a brand ambassador for OneCare Platform, promoting its values and mission to customers and stakeholders, and enhancing brand awareness and reputation

Event Representation: Attend industry events and networking opportunities to represent OneCare Platform, building relationships with key stakeholders and contributing to the company's visibility and presence in the market.

Role requirements:

  • Demonstrated track record of success in Business-to-Business (B2B) sales, with proven ability to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong negotiation abilities to effectively engage with clients and prospects
  • Highly motivated and results-driven, with a focus on achieving and surpassing sales targets in a competitive sales environment.
  • Thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and navigate challenges with resilience and agility
  • Genuine passion for making a positive impact in healthcare delivery, coupled with a strong sense of purpose and dedication to improving patient outcomes
  • Prior experience in healthcare sales is advantageous but not mandatory, with a willingness to learn and adapt to the nuances of the healthcare industry
  • Minimum of 1 year of outbound calling experience, with a proven ability to engage prospects and drive sales conversations over the phone.
  • While not required, a background in caregiving, management, or social work is highly preferred, as it provides valuable insights into the needs and challenges of healthcare providers and organisations
  • Basic knowledge of care planning processes and methodologies is preferred, as it enhances understanding of client requirements and enables more effective solution selling
  • Excel and CRM Proficiency: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required, along with familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms to manage sales activities and client interactions
