Job title: Interim HR Advisor
Location: B17 9TG (Birmingham)
Contract type: Interim on going
Hours: Full time
Pattern of work: Fully on site (Some flexibility can be allowed)
Pay: £17 - £21 an hour + holiday pay
Are you passionate about the education sector? Do you have good knowledge of HR processes? If so then this HR Advisor role is the right role for you.
In your role as HR Advisor, you will work as part of the wider HR team and support the successful delivery of HR services to the organisation.
Your day-to-day duties as HR Advisor will include;
- Supporting managers on ER cases and relevant policies
- Work on policies and procedures and ensure they meet best practices
- Ensure safer recruitment: completing on boarding checks such as DBS checks and risk assessment
- Lead of various recruitment campaigns
- Complete on boarding of new starters including raising contracts
This is a varied and busy role and the skills you will bring to the position of HR Advisor will include;
- Knowledge and experience of coaching managers
- Knowledge of HR legislation and compliance
- Experience of risk management and safer recruitment
- Experience of Further Education
