Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end audit process, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Manage cash flow forecasting and working capital.
- Optimize financial processes, focusing on automation and system integration.
- Provide leadership and mentoring to the finance team.
- Ensure all statutory and regulatory obligations are met, managing risk and compliance.
Qualifications:
- Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CAANZ).
- 5+ years of financial reporting experience.
- Strong audit management experience.
- Expertise in using NetSuite to automate and improve financial processes.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
