Job Title: Warehouse Operative
Location: Banbury, OX16
Salary: £12.21 ph
Hours: Rotational shift 7am - 3pm and 2pm -10pm , must rotate shifts
Job Type: Full-Time Monday-Friday / Temporary to Permanent

We are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives for a leading global supply chain company that provides innovative and efficient logistics solutions across multiple industries, including automotive, defence, and consumer goods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving and unloading deliveries, checking stock for accuracy
- Picking, packing, and preparing goods for dispatch
- Using warehouse management systems to record stock movements
- Ensuring all goods are stored correctly and safely
- Operating warehouse equipment such as pallet trucks or forklifts (if trained)
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Working as part of a team to meet targets and deadlines
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential – full training will be provided
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work shifts and weekends if required
