ADMIN ASSISTANT
Salary: £22,500
Contract: Permanent
Location: Wythenshawe, on-site
Hours: Mon-Fri (35 hrs) (8am-4pm) or (9am-5pm)
Job Spec:
- Demonstrated experience in administrative roles where attention to detail was paramount for maintaining accurate records.
- Proficiency in scanning documents, data entry tasks, and managing both physical paperwork as well as digital files within internal systems.
- Excellent written communication skills for managing email correspondence with external partners such as lenders.
- Strong organisational abilities enabling you to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while prioritising workload effectively.
- Familiarity with spreadsheet management-particularly bulk responses-and comfort using various office software tools.
- A collaborative approach that supports team goals through effective cooperation with colleagues at all levels of the organisation.
- Willingness to participate in training sessions or deliver knowledge sharing when new processes or systems are introduced within the department.
- Experience supporting onboarding or mentoring of new staff members is desirable but not essential; enthusiasm for helping others is key.
- Consistent timekeeping habits coupled with reliability in meeting weekly/monthly targets-including quality check pass rates-and flexibility regarding overtime requirements when necessary.
- Understanding of compliance requirements, such as FCA guidelines, would be advantageous, but full training can be provided.
