Robert Half are partnering with a PE backed technology business that are looking to hire a Financial Accountant.

This business are a PE backed technology platform that grew 50% last year, and have just received £60 million of investment to continue expanding. They have acquired many businesses over the past 2-3 years, and they will continue to acquire new businesses moving forward. They are based in central London and operating on a 3 x day hybrid working model. They have an ambitious and friendly culture, and Robert Half have successfully helped them to build their full finance team over the past 4 years. Due to growth, they are looking to hire a Transactional Financial Controller.
Role
The Transactional Financial Controller will be responsible for managing the transactional finance team. This role will have 3 direct reports, with 9 people in the transactional team across both accounts payable and receivable. This business are looking to implement Netsuite, implement a new PO system and an expense system. You will be responsible for coaching the AR Manager and putting processes in place. This role is based in London.
Profile
The successful candidate for the Transactional Financial Controller vacancy will have managed a transactional finance team previously, will have experience of system implementation and process improvement. There is no accountancy qualification needed for this role. This role is based in London.
Salary
This position offers £75,000 - £85,000 depending on experience as well as other benefits.
