A steady on-going temporary contract is up for grabs for an experienced Bathroom Fitter to join a well-known Birmingham based building contractor, on their newly acquired social housing contracts converting existing bathrooms in Wet Rooms in the Solihull area. NO FLOORING/PAINTING/ELECTRICS
The Bathroom fitter will be responsible for:
- Full rip out and re-Installation of level access shower trays
- Installing tough former trays into concrete and timber floors.
- Remove wall tiles
- Tile shower area
- Patch plastering
- Install WC, basin and pedestal, electric or thermostatic bar valve shower.
- Install shower door cubicle, track and curtain.
- Install riser kit.
- Box in small amount of pipework.
- Shower tray pump if required.
The successful Bathroom fitter will need:
- Own van and tools
- Experience of working within social housing preferred
