Graphic Designer - B2B campaigns & branding

Quest Search and Selection are partnering with this fast-growing, B2B publication and events company. The business has already created waves in various B2B markets and is thriving with their new event platforms.

As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating impactful design campaigns across various platforms & channels. Alongside this you will be responsible for the branding of this digital media publication business. Here you will oversee the visual representation of the brand across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities of this Graphic Designer - (B2B campaigns & branding) role -

  • Brand Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive branding strategies that align with the company's goals and vision. Ensure the brand message is consistent across all channels and touchpoints (including website, LinkedIn, signatures, whitepapers, video content etc)
  • Visual Identity: Oversee the creation and maintenance of the brand's visual identity, including logos, typography, colour palettes, and imagery. Ensure all materials adhere to brand guidelines and the business handwriting.
  • Develop and execute graphic and motion design projects, including email templates, social media posts, whitepapers, case studies, reports, logos, media packs, and pitch decks.
  • Social Media: Create templates for social media posts for platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • UI/UX Design: Apply UI/UX principles to create intuitive and user-friendly designs using tools like Figma.
  • Project Management: Collaborate with various teams using Trello and Asana for project management and work collaboration.
  • Event Design: Lead and manage printing for event signage and other brand materials from scratch for company events.
  • Line manage ad-hoc freelancers when required to help them produce best in class design outcomes.

Qualifications needed for this Graphic Designer (B2B campaigns & branding) postion -

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with 2-3 years + expeience
  • That you are a graduate or graduate calibre within Graphic Design or a similar degree
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • It would be desirable to have experience working within a B2B space where you have products such as white papers, social postings, display, e-mail campaigns and video content.
  • Proven experience branding, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful branding projects.
  • Leadership capabilities with a track record of managing and delivering successful design projects
  • Familiarity with multiple creative disciplines (animation, motion graphic, video).
  • Past experience in guiding or managing junior designers and freelancers & refining designs.
