Minimum Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills (QTLS)
- Up-to-date safeguarding and child protection qualifications and experience
Ideal Candidate Traits:
- Excellent teaching skills
- Enthusiasm and commitment to raising standards
- Proactive with strong planning and organizational abilities
- Preferably experienced in supporting students with SEMH and additional needs
- Knowledgeable about educational advancements
