CRM Operations Executive
London/Hybrid: 1 day a week in the office
Salary: £35,000-£45,000
A well-established membership organisation with a specialism within the Healthcare/Medical sector, are currently seeking a CRM Operations Executive to join the team with a particular focus on insight.
Working within a fast-paced, collaborative working environment, the incumbent will be responsible for assisting with the development of the CRM platform, including implementing the CRM road map to support commercial activity.
I'm looking for someone who has a CRM operational background and experience of working with sales teams and configuring/customising the system for them.
This role will not only be pivotal in improving the current CRM HubSpot platform (short term), but also play a part in on-boarding and configuring a replacement Dynamics 365 CRM.
Key Duties:
- Collaborate with the CRM Operations Manager to enhance the current CRM platform and support plans for its replacement.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their member engagement processes and transition them to the CRM system
- Analysing CRM data to provide actionable insight to commercial departments
- Improve lead gen and data capture processes to feed into CRM
Key Requirements:
- 3 years+ CRM development experience, demonstrating an understanding of campaign creation and automation using CRM technology platforms
- Experience of one of the major CRM providers such as MS Dynamics / Salesforce / HubSpot
- Experience in insight, someone good with data would be highly advantageous
- Experience of supporting business development teams to deliver their sales strategy
