Summary
We're looking for Holiday Cottage Cleaners to prepare our stunning holiday cottages on The Lizard, Penrose and West Cornwall areas.
You will join a dedicated, driven and hard working team showcasing our unique and stunning cottages, for the ultimate guest experience.
In Holidays, we look after 23 holiday cottages located from Lizard Point around to the Helford and Penrose and over as far west as Zennor and Botallack in West Cornwall, not forgetting Godolphin House too! So there are plenty of opportunities to see our fantastic coastlines and places to explore.
Hours: Although there is no set changeover day for cottages, we are operational 6 days a week with Mondays, Fridays and Saturdays being our busiest. We do not ask our team to work on a Sunday and most work is completed between the hours of 10 and 3.30pm.
Rotas are issued in advance, and we try to accommodate other commitments where possible.
Salary: £11.50 per hour
Duration: Fixed Term 12 month Contract, with a view to making Permanent Part time, should regular hours be available on a weekly basis.
Internally you will be known as 'Holidays Operation Assistant'

What you'll be doing
On change-over days, you'll make sure that everything is clean and prepared for our guests to arrive. This will include making sure the cottage is thoroughly cleaned, well presented and welcoming for our guests, meeting our high national Brand Standards achieved across the nation. We'd also like you to keep an eye out and report any repairs or odd jobs that need doing along with replacing any broken items from the store supplies. Compliance and safety of staff, Guests and Cottages is paramount so you will also complete some fire safety checks too.
Full Personal Protective Equipment(PPE) is provided for all teams and additional extensive measures are in place to protect staff.
