Executive Assistant (EA) - City Law Firm / Hybrid Working - £52k-£62k + great benefits

A leading City Law Firm is looking for a collaborative, highly experienced Legal Executive Assistant to provide a high level of comprehensive support to three Executives.

Our client needs someone who can confidently act as a gatekeeper to the management team, delegating on their behalf and mitigating interruptions.

Standard working hours are 9.30am - 5.30pm and hybrid working (3 days in the office, two from home) is offered.

Key responsibilities as the Legal Executive Assistant will include:

  • Proactive gatekeeping for the management team
  • Managing incoming and outgoing communications, liaising with key stakeholders
  • Mitigating interruptions to the Executives, delegating on their behalf
  • Extensive calendar and diary management
  • Extensive inbox management including drafting responses and taking action as required
  • Arranging internal and external meetings and assisting in planning events
  • Attending meetings, minute taking as required and acting as a proxy if needed
  • Strategic assistance with projects - undertaking research, maintaining timelines and deadlines etc.

What we're looking for:

  • Previous executive management level EA / PA experience, ideally in a busy legal practice although support in another professional services environment will be considered
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills with the ability to forge and maintain effective working relationships
  • Ability to achieve high standards in a very busy, deadline driven environment
  • Impeccable organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Confident gatekeeping skills and the ability to mitigate and delegate
  • Ability to maintain the strictest confidence at all times
  • Strong project management capabilities
  • Advanced PC skills
  • Dynamic and driven nature
