Executive Assistant (EA) - City Law Firm / Hybrid Working - £52k-£62k + great benefits
A leading City Law Firm is looking for a collaborative, highly experienced Legal Executive Assistant to provide a high level of comprehensive support to three Executives.
Our client needs someone who can confidently act as a gatekeeper to the management team, delegating on their behalf and mitigating interruptions.

Standard working hours are 9.30am - 5.30pm and hybrid working (3 days in the office, two from home) is offered.
Key responsibilities as the Legal Executive Assistant will include:
- Proactive gatekeeping for the management team
- Managing incoming and outgoing communications, liaising with key stakeholders
- Mitigating interruptions to the Executives, delegating on their behalf
- Extensive calendar and diary management
- Extensive inbox management including drafting responses and taking action as required
- Arranging internal and external meetings and assisting in planning events
- Attending meetings, minute taking as required and acting as a proxy if needed
- Strategic assistance with projects - undertaking research, maintaining timelines and deadlines etc.
What we're looking for:
- Previous executive management level EA / PA experience, ideally in a busy legal practice although support in another professional services environment will be considered
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills with the ability to forge and maintain effective working relationships
- Ability to achieve high standards in a very busy, deadline driven environment
- Impeccable organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Confident gatekeeping skills and the ability to mitigate and delegate
- Ability to maintain the strictest confidence at all times
- Strong project management capabilities
- Advanced PC skills
- Dynamic and driven nature
