The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of all financial matters, with a particular focus on accurate reporting and compliance.

Description

  • Oversee all financial transactions and ensure they are accurately recorded and reported
  • Maintain and update financial records and databases
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes
  • Prepare financial reports for management and external stakeholders
  • Participate in financial audits and implement any recommended changes
  • Provide financial advice and support to colleagues and managers

Profile

A successful Finance Administrator should have:

  • A relevant degree in finance, accounting or a related field
  • Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes
  • Proficient use of financial software and databases
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts to non-financial colleagues
