Our client, a distinguished property firm located in London's vibrant West End, is seeking an exceptional Office Coordinator to join their esteemed team. This pivotal role ensures the seamless operation of their office environment, contributing to the efficiency and professionalism for which they are renowned.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily office activities to maintain operational efficiency and uphold company standards
  • Manage inventory of office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and cost-effectiveness
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings with precision and attention to detail
  • Serve as the first point of contact for incoming communications, demonstrating professionalism and excellent customer service
  • Support administrative tasks including document management, data entry, and report preparation
  • Collaborate closely with facilities management to ensure a well-maintained and organised office space

Reporting Structure: The Office Coordinator will report directly to the Office Manager, providing support and assisting in the smooth functioning of office operations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Office Coordinator, Office Manager, or similar role within the property sector, demonstrating a strong grasp of industry-specific operations
  • Exceptional organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with office management systems
  • Proactive mindset with the capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
