Our client is a regional Law Firm that is now looking to recruit an IT Analyst. The company are seeking a talented IT Analyst to join their dynamic team. If you have a passion for technology, a strong customer service ethic, and a desire to work in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you.

This role would ideally suit someone from a law firm with an IT support background or from a professional services background.

Position Overview:
As an IT Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the IT systems and providing top-notch support to staff. You will work closely with a team of IT professionals, leveraging your technical expertise to resolve issues, improve processes, and contribute to our continuous improvement efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 1+ years of hands-on related IT support experience in a professional services environment.
  • Strong customer service ethic whether in person, on the telephone or via other forms of digital communication such as email and chat.
  • Able to manage workloads by applying priorities appropriately or as directed with discipline. Appreciation of and ability to accommodate SLA and KPIs.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Willingness to take ownership of tasks and manage them through to resolution.
  • Proactive, ability to be self-motivated and have a continuous improvement mentality.
  • Awareness of data protection and confidentiality principles.
  • Windows Server awareness.
  • Active Directory user configuration experience.
  • Ability to work as part of a team, supporting other team members.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analysis skills with good attention to detail.
  • Proactive, ability to be self-motivated and effectively manage own workload.
  • Continuous improvement mentality.
  • Technical understanding of current leading technologies, suppliers and industry terminology.
  • Microsoft 365 awareness and willingness to gain an appropriate level of expertise in core systems such as iManage and Proclaim.

This position is a permanent office-based opportunity based in London. Salary is in the region of £33,000 to £38,000.
