For Teacher Positions:
- Leading classroom lessons and delivering high-quality instruction.
- Planning and implementing engaging and effective teaching strategies.
- Assessing student progress and adapting your teaching approach accordingly.
- Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborating with colleagues and school leadership to promote a culture of learning excellence.
For Teaching Assistant Positions:
- Providing support to the classroom teacher.
- Assisting with classroom management and student supervision.
- Working with individual students or small groups to reinforce learning.
- Supporting students with special educational needs (SEN).
- Collaborating with the teaching team to ensure a productive learning environment.
Requirements:
- Qualified ECT with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent.
- Strong passion for teaching and helping students succeed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptability and the ability to work effectively in diverse educational settings.
- Commitment to promoting an inclusive and positive learning environment.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
