Salary structure to be negotiated, possible salary or salary plus commission for the right person.
Full time Monday to Friday and every third Saturday (with a day off in that week if working the Saturday)

What will the responsibilities be of the Estate Agent.
If you are an energetic individual, who puts customer service first, who would enjoy a busy, fast paced role then read on. Your territory will cover Barnstaple and you will need to establish yourself as the 'go-to' person to provide a complete service to households looking to buy or sell a property.
So you'll be doing the complete 360 experience:
- Finding, following up and qualifying new enquiries
- Delivering appraisals for Sales
- Writing your own listings and taking photos of the house according to their brand guidelines
- Accompanying 100% of all viewings and feeding back to the vendor
- Negotiating all offers
- Working closely with our team of specialist Sales Progressors on behalf of your buyer and vendor
- Handing over the keys at completion
What skills, experience and qualifications will the Estate Agent need?
- Estate Agency experience may be an advantage but not necessary as training given
- Customer Service or Sales background an advantage
- IT skills
- Interest in properties a benefit
- Own car and Full UK Driving Licence
