Overview:
Our client is seeking an experienced Talent Product Manager to support the design and delivery of talent-related products and experiences for employees, managers, and HR partners. Reporting to the Global Talent Product Head, the successful candidate will contribute to both cyclical initiatives (such as performance reviews) and non-cyclical programmes (such as coaching and assessments), ensuring a user-centred approach throughout.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and iterate talent products that meet the needs of employees, managers, and HR stakeholders
- Implement feedback mechanisms to support continuous improvement of products and services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration within existing HR systems
- Use user data and insights to inform product development and prioritisation
- Support delivery of both annual and ad hoc talent management solutions
- Drive adoption through clear activation strategies and supporting documentation
- Contribute to reporting and insights related to onboarding and employee engagement
- Present concepts and updates to stakeholders, and deliver relevant training where required
Essential Requirements:
- At least 5 years' experience in talent management, product design, or a related area
- Familiarity with user research techniques and data interpretation
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Experience working in cross-functional teams within complex organisations
