Business Development Manager Wanted!
Our client is seeking a Business Development Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. The Business Development Manager will be working on a hybrid basis in the head office, covering the London area. The Business Development Manager must have previous experience in construction and/or utilities and a minimum of 5 years of experience.
Key Responsibilities for the Business Development Manager:
- Promote products, attend client meetings and site visits in London and where required
- Ensure effective management of leads, prospects, and opportunities by immersing in the company CRM system.
- Attend networking events to attract new clients and develop existing relationships
- Utilise social media tools to raise brand awareness
- Manage own pipeline, reporting regularly on activity and opportunities
- Oversee the lead and prospect pipeline for UK sales and work closely with the marketing department
Skills Required for the Business Development Manager:
- Proven Business Development Management experience, minimum of 5 years
- Previous experience in Construction or Utilities
- Comfortability travelling to client visits and events when required
- Enthusiastic and hungry for sales
- HVAC experience/background is essential
- Commercial experience
