This opportunity is not to be missed by a highly ambitious Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant that is looking for the next step in their career.
This role offers 1 day WFH per week.
THE ROLE:
- Executive Assistant support for up to 3 partners.
- Extensive diary management across multiple time zones, complex travel management, arranging meetings (breakfast, lunches, coffees, etc) + board meetings, and processing expenses.
- Ad-hoc administrative tasks.
- Internal event planing.
THE PERSON:
- Thrives in a fast paced environment while prioritising multiple tasks.
- Minimum 2 years experience in an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant role, preferably within Financial Services.
- Highly ambitious, passionate about being an EA and career focused!
- Confident in using and picking up new systems.
- High levels of confidentiality + excellent communication skills.
