Main Responsibilities
- Providing one-on-one and small group support to students
- Enhancing the general well-being of learners within the school's framework
- Striving for the highest levels of progress and achievement for all pupils
- Assisting the Senior Leadership Team in improving teaching, learning, and assessment quality with professionalism and high standards
- Developing systems to regularly measure all key performance indicators effectively

Skills, Qualities, and Experience
