Role Overview:

The HR Business Partner will serve as a trusted advisor to the leadership team, providing both strategic and operational HR support. You will collaborate with Site Directors and HR Business Partners to deliver solutions aligned with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Advisory: Develop and implement people plans that meet business needs, working closely with leadership.
  • Team Leadership: Guide and mentor HR Advisors, providing coaching and development.
  • HR Projects: Lead HR initiatives, including job grading, cultural change, and process improvements.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong partnerships across all levels of the business.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Ensure HR practices comply with employment legislation and manage key HR processes.

  • CIPD Level 5 (minimum): Strong foundation in HR practices and employment law.
  • Proven HR Experience: Success in operational HR delivery and strategic business partnering, ideally in manufacturing or a family-owned business.
  • Project Management: Experience leading HR projects focused on efficiency and cultural change.
  • Communication Skills: Strong ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
