Quality Engineer, Oxfordshire
£31 - £33.80 per hour (umbrella)
Shorterm Group are currently seeking a Quality and Process Engineer on a contract basis for one of our key customers who operate in motorsport.
Responsibilities and Experience:
- Analyse existing processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop improvement plans and collaborate with stakeholders to implement changes.
- Lead cross-functional teams to optimize process workflows.
- Use process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Complete administrative tasks, including training documents and standard operating procedures.
- Must have experience in engineering/manufacturing.
