Blueprint Recruitment are seeking an experienced Structural Engineer to join a reputable Engineering consultancy on a permanent basis in either Reading or London!
This is a hybrid position that will see the successful candidate working on variety of exciting Commercial, Residential and Healthcare projects.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Successfully coordinate teams and projects
- Act as the point of contact for clients
- Analyse Structural components
- Develop designs from scheme stages through to construction
- Contribute to the development of more junior staff members
- Attend project and client meetings
**Key Requirements:
- 6 years' experience working as a Structural Engineer
- Prior buildings experience, including larger scale Reinforced Concrete across Commercial and Residential projects
- Ability to coordinate teams and projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous leadership experience
- Able to make decisions and act on your own initiative
